By using the ukayegroups website or ordering our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
ukayegroups provides web hosting, website development, custom application development, domain registration, business email and related support services. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are confirmed in a written quote or order.
2. Payments
Hosting plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Project work is invoiced as agreed in your quote. Late payment may result in suspension of services after notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use our hosting for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing, or any activity that harms our network or other customers. We may suspend services that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your content and data. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or ask us to publish.
5. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website or application delivered to you, excluding third-party software and licences, which remain subject to their own terms.
6. Uptime & backups
We aim for 99.9% uptime and take regular backups on eligible plans, but we recommend you also keep your own copies of important data.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel hosting at the end of any billing period. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous three months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
